At RIHOAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
